We are looking for a thoughtful, collaborative Fullstack Developer who takes pride in building reliable web applications and infrastructure.
The Role
As a Fullstack Developer on our engineering team, you will build and maintain end-to-end features across our internal platforms and client applications. You’ll work with modern backend systems, responsive frontend interfaces, and containerized cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities
Backend & Database Systems
- API & Service Development: Write performant, maintainable backend services and APIs using Go and Node.js.
- Data Architecture: Design, query, and optimize relational databases using SQL to ensure data integrity and system scalability.
Frontend Engineering
- User Interfaces: Build fast, responsive, and accessible user interfaces using TypeScript, React, and TailwindCSS.
- State & Integration: Integrate web applications with backend APIs, ensuring smooth state management and user experiences.
Infrastructure & Operations
- Containerization & OS: Deploy and maintain containerized applications using Docker and manage environments on Linux servers.
- Cloud & CI/CD: Support basic cloud infrastructure and automated deployment pipelines on AWS to maintain reliable software delivery.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years of experience building and shipping web applications across the full stack.
- Tech Stack:
- Languages: TypeScript, Go, SQL, JavaScript.
- Frontend: React, TailwindCSS, HTML5/CSS3.
- Backend & Database: Node.js, Go, SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- DevOps & Infrastructure: Docker, Linux server administration, AWS fundamentals.
- Collaborative Mindset: Open to code reviews, constructive feedback, and working closely with designers and project leads.
- Problem Solving: Ability to break down complex features into manageable steps and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Equipment: Must have a personal computer and be ready to start immediately.
